Residential Rates: 

The first 2,000 gallons is $35

over 2,000 is $10 per 1,000 gallons

Commercial Rates: 

The first 2,000 gallons is $90

over 2,000 gallons is $10 per 1,000 gallons

Every account is also charged $1 for the Safe Drinking Water Program

You can pay your bill in person at 410 Holly Street, Bernice LA by cash, check, money order or credit card. If you would like to pay by phone, you can call and use a credit card. Or you can set up on bank draft. Bank Drafts are processed the 10th of every month. 

Bills are due by the 10th of every month. After the 10th there will be a late fee of 10% added. Cut off is the 20th of each month. If you have not paid by the 20th of each month you are subject to disconnection. There is a $25 reconnect fee for all accounts who are locked due to non-payment. 

Memberships are $50 and are non-refundable.

If you are renting a property, you must pay a $250 deposit. $200 is refundable after the final bill is paid. 

If there is not a water meter on your property, the cost for setting a new meter is:

If a road bore is needed, there is an additional fee. Please call for pricing. 

What if I have a leak? You are responsible for all water that goes through your meter. If you do not live at the property of your water meter, D'Arbonne Water recommends that you turn the water off with your shut-off valve when you are not at the property. 

D'Arbonne Water Policy states: The water system will do one leak adjustment per calendar year for leaks--but only after the leak is fixed. Adjustments are done after the minimum. (the first 2,000 gallons will remain $36. After that, the usage will be cut in half.)
